 Disability rights campaigners went to the High Court in England to challenge the prosecution policy in relation to the law on assisted suicide.<br />
Three judges in London will today hear the case brought against Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Alison Saunders.<br />
The UK's Suicide Act 1961 makes it a criminal offence to assist or encourage suicide. The DPP has discretion on whether to prosecute according to the published policy.<br />
